Mo Ullah has owned the Taste of India for over 5 years. He moved out of the engineering industry to follow his heart and passion for food. Bringing recipes from all over Hindustan, taught to him by his mother, there is a particular emphasis on East Bengal. He embraces authentic cooking methods without the western spins that we are used to.
